| The hydraulic circuit should be depressurized before removing the hydraulic cylinder. Otherwise, when the oil pipe joint connected with the oil cylinder is loosened, the high-pressure oil in the circuit will eject rapidly. When releasing the pressure of the hydraulic circuit, the handwheel or pressure regulating screw at the overflow valve should be loosened first to unload the pressure oil, and then the power supply or power source should be cut off to stop the operation of the hydraulic device. The top thread of piston rod, oil port thread, surface of piston rod and inner wall of cylinder liner shall be prevented from being damaged during disassembly. In order to prevent the piston rod and other slender parts from bending or deformation, the skid support should be used for balance when placing. Disassembly should be carried out in sequence. Due to the different structures and sizes of various hydraulic cylinders, the disassembly sequence is slightly different. Generally, the oil in the two cavities of the cylinder should be drained, then the cylinder head should be removed, and finally the piston and piston rod should be removed. When disassembling the cylinder head of hydraulic cylinder, special tools shall be used for the internal snap key or snap ring, and flat shovel is prohibited; for the flange type end cover, screw out must be used, and hammering or hard prying is not allowed. When it is difficult to pull out the piston and piston rod, it should not be forced out, and the reason should be found out before disassembly. Before and after unloading, try to create conditions to prevent the parts of the hydraulic cylinder from being polluted by the surrounding dust and impurities. For example, disassembly should be carried out in a clean environment as far as possible; after disassembly, all parts should be covered with plastic cloth instead of cotton cloth or other work cloth. After the oil cylinder is disassembled, it should be carefully checked to determine which parts can continue to be used, which parts can be reused after repair, and which parts must be replaced. All parts must be cleaned carefully before assembly. The sealing devices should be installed correctly. ① When installing the O-ring, do not pull it to the degree of permanent deformation, and do not roll while fitting, otherwise it may cause oil leakage due to distortion. ② When installing Y-shaped and V-shaped sealing rings, pay attention to the installation direction to avoid oil leakage due to installation. For Y-ring, its lip should face the oil chamber with pressure; in addition, YX ring should be used for shaft or hole, and should not be installed wrong. The V-shaped seal ring is composed of support ring, seal ring and pressure ring with different shapes. When the pressure ring presses the seal ring tightly, the support ring can make the seal ring shape and play a sealing role. When installing, the opening of the seal ring should face the pressure oil chamber; when adjusting the pressure ring, it should be limited to no oil leakage and should not be pressed too tightly to prevent excessive sealing resistance. ③ If the sealing device is matched with the sliding surface, proper amount of hydraulic oil shall be applied during assembly. ④ The O-ring and dust ring should be replaced after disassembly. Special spanner shall be used when tightening the threaded connection, and the torque shall meet the standard requirements. After the piston and piston rod are assembled, it is necessary to measure whether the coaxiality and straightness of the piston rod are out of tolerance. After the assembly, there should be no blockage and uneven resistance when the piston assembly moves. When the hydraulic cylinder is installed on the main engine, the sealing ring must be added between the inlet and outlet joints and tightened to prevent oil leakage. After assembling according to the requirements, the reciprocating movement should be carried out several times under the condition of low pressure to eliminate the gas in the cylinder.
